Do you want to:
- Provide world-class training that will impact the lives of hundreds of schools and thousands of students?
- Be part of a close, tight-knit team that is dedicated to changing lives
- Want the freedom to run projects and develop your own ideas?
About the role
We are looking for someone very special to join our team. The role will include working across several aspects, which include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering high-quality training to schools: this is both in person and online. This will principally cover existing workshops (retrieval practice, cognitive load, resilience, metacognition). Over time, we want to increase our range of CPD topics, which you will take a leading role in designing.
- Managing our Cognitive Science Network: this revolutionary programme helps schools learn and connect with other educators who want to be at the forefront of applying research to their practice. We have plans to increase our national offering, as well as launching our international programme across several regions across the world.
- Focusing on SEND: this will include working with specialist schools, adapting our existing materials, as well as writing EHCP reports for local authorities.
This role is full time and is based in Oval (South London), although travel to schools around the country will be required. Salary is competitive and available on request at interview.
