Do you want to help improve the lives of young people? Are you a confident public speaker? Do you enjoy working with young people?
About InnerDrive
InnerDrive are a dynamic company that is making a real difference in the world. The workshops we run in schools help students improve their motivation, study habits and ability to perform under pressure. We teach students important life skills in a fun and interactive way. We are looking for someone with a strong personality and work ethic to help us make a positive impact in the lives of young people.
About the role
We are looking for a full-time workshop presenter to deliver our workshops in secondary schools across the UK. We estimate that there will be about 100 days of workshop delivery a year. Many of these will take place in London but a significant amount are spread across the country. These will require travel and overnight stays in hotels.
These 100 days of delivering average out at 2 days per week over the course of the year. However, there are certain periods of the school year where we are busier than others and some working weeks may be fully spent delivering. Outside of the delivery days, the role is based in our office in Oval (South London) and will consist of training and general workshop preparation.
This is a full-time role. Due to its the nature, working from home is not an option. The remuneration for this role is £25,000-29,000 depending on experience. Holidays are taken outside of school terms. The role is available to start as soon as possible.
