About InnerDrive
InnerDrive is a tight-knit, passionate team. We all work really hard and take great pride in what we do, which is how we became one of the leading experts in providing excellent, engaging and above all life-changing coaching. We work in the following sectors:
- Education – We deliver high-quality workshops around the science of learning, mindset and performance under pressure to hundreds of schools across the UK and internationally.
- Sport – Our performance and sport psychologists have consulted for first team players from Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham and many others and helped Team GB members win Olympic medals.
- Business – We have provided training for leading companies such as Pfizer, Microsoft, Rothschild and the UK Government.
About the role
We have a rare and very exciting vacancy for a full-time Performance Psychologist. This role is largely split into three areas:
- Delivering our student workshops in schools – This will take up on average 2 days per week. Many of these are in London but a significant amount are spread all over the country and will require travel and overnight stays in hotels.
- Office support – This includes preparing for the student workshops, liaising with existing school clients and engaging with prospective school clients. This will take up on average 2 days per week and will be based in our South London office.
- Supporting athletes – Providing 1-1 support with our sport clients. You will have a maximum of 4 sport clients at any one time. It is likely that these will come from football but may include other sports, and will likely be with our Under 18 clients. Once we have built up your client list of 4 players, this will take up on average 1 day per week.
This is a full-time role and is based in Oval (South London), although travel to schools will be required. This means that working from home is not an option. The remuneration for this role is £22,000-25,000. As well as the salary, we will also provide you with internal 1-1 mentoring and support from our team of practitioners to accelerate and fast track the successful candidate’s career as an applied practitioner.
